This problem is happening in both ACT! 2012 Premium (220.127.116.11) and ACT! 2013 (15.0.301.0), Firefox v3.6 and v14.
The problem does not happen in Internet Explorer.
I spoke with ACT! Tech Support today to report the problem and they were able to re-create the problem but they had not seen the problem before.
