I've been doing some upgrades to 2012 for clients and found out the hard way that if there are thousands of unattached e-mails in the History Quene & Holding folders, it will drag out the ACT! 2012 installation forever. So I've been going in and clearing out those folders and in almost every case, I'm finding thousands of old emails, never attached, never cleaned out, clogging the computer. What gives? Why isn't ACT! honoring the preferences settings and clearing out old unattaching emails?
