Hello, One of my LAN users is often tasked with printing out Address Books & Calendars from ACT Premium 2008 (10.0) (ST Edition) Version 10.0.3.182 by using File > Print option off the main toolbar. When she does this the application locks up. We added significantly more memory to her desktop, and for some reason when ACT tries to open the Print options menu box the system times out. Has anybody seen or heard of his before? This funciton is working fine for my other LAN and Remote users.

Are there any issues printing reports or letters from ACT!?
Has she tried using a different printer?
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
