I'm on Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 18.104.22.168,
The sales guys have been complaining that after filling out some custom fields that we have created on a layout are later going back to the same contact and finding that the information is no longer in the field. We have recently changed the layout and I'm wondering if I did something wrong?...
