I'm running Act Premium (Web) v22.1 Update 4. I have one user where the Open Date and Est. Close Date fields are erasing on the last Opportunities he has viewed, so when he tries to create a new Opportunity, it brings him back to the last Opportunity he created to re-complete those two fields. When I look at the Opportunity on my end, those dates populate. I confirmed we are using the same layout.
Does anyone have any ideas??

Could he have some kind of pop up blocker working in the background? Also, make sure that the url's that he is using for Act web are added to the safe sites in his browser.
