I performed a search through the forum to see if I could find a solution to this problem, but it's been eluding me.
I'm running Windows 7 32bit. The initial install of ACT! Premium v.11 runs fine, but when it comes to updating it I receive the dreaded "Fatal Error 1603"
I have tried using the ACT! uninstaller multiple times, made sure I was running everything as administrator, turned off User Account Control, turned off suggested services, etc. Everything except set the laptop on fire.
Is it possible to receive the link other's have been sent to download the software with the patches? I have the licensing information if needed.
