Failed to restore remote database... Computer with (EasyBits) Magic Desktop

I have an ACT! User with Windows 7 and ACT! Premium 2012 SP1 installed, This user  also has installed Magic Desktop, could this be a problem when trying to restore a remote database??  I see a message that says "Failed to restore remote database, Failed to open a connection to the database"

 

It appears that the level of security that "Magic Desktop" (EasyBits) on the use of programs for children, may affect the services of ACT! (. NET Framework).

 

What you think? 

 

I have checked everything he says the answer ID 13657 ... 1. No ACT! problem... because I can create a new database on the remote user's computer 2. Is the same version of ACT! (ACT! 2012 Premium SP1) 3. Not a problem folder permissions where I try to put the Remote Database files

 

Personal Note: Sometimes I think I Waste less time if I just backup user files and reinstall the windows again.
