I just installed ACT on a new computer because the user's computer was old. XP is the OS. The only issue we are having is when we try to attach a file (any file, any database, any local PC account) to any contact.
We have the ACT database on a servier and this is the only machine with the issue. Any suggestions on the reason?
I saw a previous thread with other people having the same error message but of course the thread never gave an answer.
What do you think the issue is? How do I fix.
