Failed sync message

We have a couple of users running Sage Act 2010 synching back to a central server. Recently one of them has started receiving the following error when synching:

Synchronization has failed. Server Error description. The system detected a possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated you.

The user can use all other network resources without a problem.

That doesn't sound like an ACT error.   A google search turned this up.

My first guess would be that something changed in your Active Directory setup and that this may be a windows/network permissions issue.
