I use Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 14.1.108.0
Just tried to import contacts from Excel and it failed - duplicate checking turned on for contact and company - with one field being updated.
The knowledge base Answer ID 28376 says - Import Fails When Contact Merge Option is Set to "Merge" for Duplicate Contacts After Applying Sage ACT! 2011 SP1 Hot Fix 5.
BUT I use 2012 - do I still have to download and install this hotfix?
