F9 to create new note: Not working :(

F9 to create new note: Not working :(

Just reformated my computer with fresh windows Install after getting some new hardware.  Now Act V16 is giving me an issue:

 

Pressing F9 no longer creates a new note.  Looks like it bring up database history.  Any ideas how to change this?

Oops!  I figured it out.  Just incase somebody else runs into the problem:

 

Tools: Customize Menus and Toolbars: Keyboard Tab: under categories select &Contacts and you can customize a bunch of stuff.

Why are you using Notes? Why not History? This is a common mistake by users who have not received any Act! basic training.

You can't report on Notes as you can with History.
