Extra lines caused by Outlook signatures

In fixing something for a client, I thought I'd share what I found here on the forum.  If you have large signature files in Outlook, it can create a lot of extra lines at the bottom of an email.  When building signature files, instead of hitting enter between lines, you use Shift Enter.  Here's a link to a Microsoft support article that explains it more clearly.

The link above talks about making the signature lines using Shift Enter - which doesn't insert a hard CR.

The client was thrilled so hope this helps others as well.
