I just opened our ACT database on a new computer and now I can't export to excel. The icon on the toolbar is greyed out. Is there any reason for this? On the previous computer, there was no problem exporting. No other changes were made besides it's a brand new computer.

Make sure you have a version of Office that is supported by your version of ACT. For example, Office 2010 will not run on ACT 2010 without a piece of add on software. ACT 2011 will run with Office 2010.
Also, make sure you are in the list view and not the detail view.
