This is a problem I have struck in both Act! 2012 & v16 DBs. I create a lookup of contacts in one DB & try to export to another DB. Both DBs's have exactly the same structure. When I get to the Contact Map page (4 of 6), I do not get a list of fields to map - just "99999 of 99999" in the record range area. If I choose Current Record or All Records as my export option, no problem, I can map fields. But in this case I want to just update the second DB with contacts who have changed since a certain date. Does anyone have a work-around for this annoying bug?
