I need to change the Record Manager field on the company level for multiple companies.
For some reason there is no replace function for this on the company level in our version
of ACT 2008 Premium. Someone suggested doing a lookup of the companies that need
the Record Manager change and exporting to excel. From there I would change the data
and reimport back into ACT.
I can't get this to work. Is this even possible or should I be looking for another solution?

We have just had created a tool for a user that can do mass updates of Limited Access Security and Record Manager fields to Companies/Groups as well as any sub-divisions/sub-group and all their linked contacts as well.
Might be what you're looking for?
