I'm trying to export my contacts using File > Export but the import/export options are grayed out....why?
I'm using a remote database hosted by RTGroup and running Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 220.127.116.11, Hot Fix 5
What am I missing?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. There are two possibilities:
- You are logged into the database as a Standard level user. Only Managers and Admins and can use Import/Export. However, you may still be able use the Export to Excel option from the Contact List view.
- The hosting company may have disabled this option
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
