Export to Excel and then need text file with "Johnson Inc" as text file

I exported via Contactlist the Company name in Excel 2013, so I have one column with all

the companies names like

Johnson Co

 Murry Inc

etc etc.

Now I need (to make drop down import) all these company names into

"Johnson Co"

"Murray Inc"

etc etc

Cannot find anywhere how to convert this from Excel to these Company name with double quotes.

(Think for dropdown-lists  one needs doublequote??)

or other solutuon maybe.?

working with Windows 8.1, ACT Latest Premium version, Office 2013.

Thanks for any help.

William

Re: Export to Excel and then need text file with "Johnson Inc" as text file

Found meantime the soltution. Export the Excel then to MSaccess and then Export Msaccess column to

a Text files, BUT do not check the first option "with Format". just export as is and I have the required

Company Name with quotes at beginning and end, Like "Murry Inc" etc etc

Bye.
