Export to .CSV file works from one PC, but not another

I am exporting a text file (.CSV) of contact information from Act in to be imported in a MS Access database.

 

I am selecting contact records, current lookup, tab delimited, field names, loading a map and then running the export.

 

When I run it from an old PC, it runs perfectly.

 

We just got a new PC, installed ACT and MS Office (same version as old PC). When I run the same exact export from the new PC, the file size is approximately 1/2 that of the other export, and it is formatted incorrectly. The file does not open properly in either Access or Excel.  

 

Any ideas on what could be wrong. I checked the ACT options, and they seem to be set the same on both PC's.

Problem resolved. The new PC did not have the last hotfix installed to ACT.
