Export not working

I am trying to export from a restored ACT database to our actual database.  This is because someone accidentally deleted some contacts.  Most exports work OK, but one contact in particular just won't seem to work.  I can not figure out why.  It takes a really long time and appears to finish, but when I look in the database I imported it to, it is not there.
