We are currently running ACT v16 and just implemented an Exchange server. Since doing so ACT is no longer logging any of our emails sent from Outlook back into ACT.
Two part question… 1) Is this a known “issue” for v16? 2) Does ACT v18 resolve this?

Try this - In ACT go to Tools - Email -Setup
When you get to no 3 in the wizard it will show the ACT database. Select remove - when removed select add - if you have an ACT password put that in as well. Now work through the rest of the wizard, restart outlook and test.
