Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. When exactly does this error occur? As soon as you open the program or when you try to perform an action in the program? Also please provide some information about your system:
- What version of ACT! are you using?
- What operating system does your computer user?
- How much RAM does your machine have?
- Is the database you are trying to open local to your machine or hosted on another machine?
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
