Attached is a screen shot of the Outlooks Preference screen under Tools. You can see that nothing is displayed.

when I try and open the demo database I get this:

I still get the same error message after doing this. A new Preference folder is created and so are new preference XML files but still same error message
I'm using Windows 10 if that has any bearing.
