Excel or Acces form - for customer information

General question 

 

Greetings, I wold like to create an excel file (form) or access Database,  that will allow my client type the information of all employees (for example) and then I will import from excel into ACT!  ??

 

is that possible?

You'll need to use an add-on like itImport to do the importing... otherwise you can't update fields if the records already exist

 

itImport can import from either Excel or Access and do it automatically, together with itService
