Excel file in Quote.adt is just a picture.

Hi all,

I'm running into some issues generating a quote. I'm trying to update the Quote.adt template to something that is notably more complex than the stock template included. I've been able to open it up and edit it, but now that I have there is simply a picture of the Excel spreadsheet instead of an actual, linked spreadsheet. The .xlt file is named and in the right folder, it just seems like Act! is not accessing it. Any ideas?

Thank you for submitting your post. The issue you are having may be resolved by checking out our Knowledgebase at http://kb.act.com .

 

The Quote.xlt integrated with the Quote.adt cannot be altered and can cause issues with your table if altered. Below is an article with more information:
