Using ACT Premium 2012, Excel 2010.
Duplicate Checking enabled, match on field C-email. When I begin the import it reads 307 records (correct). For Contact Options, I have selected MERGE if records match, and ADD if records do not match. When I complete the import, it has only imported one record, which is the third line of the spreadsheet. There are only three fields on the import. What am I missing?
