Our client is facing an error. On adding a new contact the application correctly displays a fresh contact form, however if the user now wants to ignore the data entry and click on the navigation arrows or on the company link the error pop for mandatory field is shown as ACT tries to save/update the record and does not allow the user to proceed ahead until and unless the mandatory fields for a new contact is filled and a new contact is created.
Could you please let me know if this is a bug and if there is any identified solution.

Thanks for your quick response.
What if the user wants to cancel the current add contact operation and do something else. Would it need any customization via SDK?
