I am using Act! Premium Version 220.127.116.11, Update 4 and Outlook 2010 for email, AT&T as my ISP. My email works fine in Outlook, but I can't get the feature "Set Up E-Mail Alerts" in Act! Scheduler with Maintenance scheduled to run a a certain time setup. SMTP is outbound.att.net, Port is 465, SSL is checked, My SMTP requires authentication is checked. I don't know what to put in Account name. If I know that I would know what password to use. Help!
