Re: Error on new PC (v15) - Please help

Not sure if it helps but in the event log I see this:

Faulting module path: C:\Windows\assembly\NativeImages_v4.0.30319_32\Act.Framework.Busin#\1637eeef9ea6bd4539bdcad89cd2fd7b\Act.Framework.BusinessLink.Synchronization.ni.dll

But when I check out the Faulting module path: C:\Windows\assembly\folder there is no "Native Images" folder/file

Re: Error on new PC (v15) - Please help

For the moment i still think incompatibility with .net 4.6 could be the problem, as Sage Act v15 does not have compatibility with 4.6

It maybe worth consulting with your IT if possible as i would recommend uninstalling .net 4.6 and installing .Net 4.5.

A reinstall of Act maybe required at this point.

Re: Error on new PC (v15) - Please help

Here is a picture of my registry showing the .NET version, and it looks like i'm running v4.0 (?)

Can anyone confirm that i'm correct?

I suggest that a certified consultant Act! Connect via remote and solve the problem, on the act.com website you can find a certified consultant in your country or city
