I've been getting a variety of odd ACT error messages recently after a very smooth initial ride with v10 (v9 was SO buggy). The only thing I can think has changed is that I recently switched Outlook to use MS Word as its email editor - because Act will let me for the first time. text of the pop-up ACT errors includes stuff like:
"Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A16C1"
"Transaction (Process ID 62) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. rerun the transaction."
"Call was rejected by callee. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010001 (RPC_E_CALL_REJECTED)"
Great messages eh? Has any else experienced these - or can suggest what caused them and how to eliminate them?

Just found this...
This problem occurs because the Show all windows in the taskbar option is not enabled in Word.
Tools | Options |View (Word 2003).

That also didn't work for us.
We also get this message when closing an outlook message. Any help would be appreciated.
