We have completed a Check and repair in the database and we continue to receive the same message. What else do we need to try? We are using v. 17 Act Premium.

There are several things that can cause that error message. The most frequent cause of the error message when opening an Act! database is corrupt Smart Tasks. There is a KB article on how to clear out the Smart Tasks in your database but I believe that it clears them all out so if you use Smart Tasks you might want to take a less radical method of fixing the issue.
