Error message in Act! Premium cloud

Google Chrome - Why could this happen?  This happens to a user in mexico, But I can log in without
problem in Florida USA

Hi Juan Carlos,

 

We did have an issue with an expired SSL certificate however this should of been resolved now.

I have tested our test server on Master5.hosted and has worked without issue.

 

Can you clarify the issue is still ongoing, if so would you mind PMing me the web address and will be able to look further into this.
