What version of ACT are you running? Is it a local or a shared database?
It would seem that there is an issue with MS SQL Server on the computer that contains your ACT database.

Issues with SQL can be a little complex. If after reading the article you don't feel confident in trying it yourself, please contact someone who does. You may wish to enlist the help of an ACC in your area.
