Ever since converting to ACT 2012 Premium, every nite after I close ACT I've seen the message "Act has encountered an error and needs to close. We apologize for any inconvenience." I've rebuilt my Preferences so many times (and it never made a difference) that I've just learned to live with the error message.
HOWEVER, I've found a link in the chain. Don't know what it means necessarily, but for more knowledgeable brains than mine...if I close Outlook before closing ACT, I don't see the message. Yes! An easy workaround...
