What is the version of ACT! you are running?
It appears you are accessing the database through the web, is that correct?

Does this occur when attempting to relate the contacts through the installed ACT! program?

Does this occur with any 2 contacts, or only with these specific contacts?

Using Act Premium 2012 (Access via web)

My startup command is :http://server-name/APFW/contacts/contactDetail.aspx

Yes it did happen using the Contact-Relate Contacts command.

I ran throuh the same steps now, and did NOT get the error.

I'm not sure where to go with this.  I just ran the command through two sets of contacts and it appered to work.  At least I did not get the error.

Where do I find who a contact is linked to???
