Encounter problem at step 8 of 10 on Import of database

Kindly help to look into the following:

On Import of database. Contact Merge Options under Import feature, why the software has disabled dropdowns of Notes, History, Activities and Secondary Contacts.

The path was as follows:

File > Import > Next > File type to import : Text – Separated by Commas > Browse for CSV file > Next > Click Contact Records > Next > Custom Import > Next > Contact Map > Specific Merge Option(Step 8 of 10) > Click on Contact (there goes the problem)

Thank you

Hello George,
Those options are only available when importing from another ACT! database. Notes, Histories, Activities, etc. cannot be imported in via a .txt, .csv, or Excel file.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
