Enabling smart tasks

I have a smart task setup to auto run, I checked the query and it does pull records which match the critera.  I set it to run at 1.pm, left my computer on, act open and signed in.

1pm rolled by with it doing nothing.

Is there a master switch or time zone setting that needs to be checked?

Re: Enabling smart tasks

The problem is that I had previously ran the smart task and it was looking at records that had already been run on once.

Re: Enabling smart tasks

If you go to Schedule>View Status of Smart Tasks, is that task listed there at the designated start time?

Yes, its very odd, it looks like its scheduled and enabled, but when the time comes, nothing happens.

Re: Enabling smart tasks

Is the task listed in the Smart Task status screen as "In Progress"?

No, there is nothing under the inprogress screen, its like the task never ran.

Re: Enabling smart tasks

I have the same problem and mine won't run either.  What is the query function that you ran?  I set it up to send an email to all birthdays that equal today, but it won't run at all.

Is there another selection to choose after you set up the smart task?
