I have had Outlook 2016 syncing fine with ACT up until today.
Today I have updated ACT software on the server from v17 to v18 to be in line with the workstations which then broke the share of the database.
Once I was able to share the database again I found the ACT client was not set up for email synchronisation.
Once I ran through the wizard on the client I found the quick attach and email sync isnt working.
