Emails wont sync with ACT history

Hi,

 

I have had Outlook 2016 syncing fine with ACT up until today.

 

Today I have updated ACT software on the server from v17 to v18 to be in line with the workstations which then broke the share of the database.

 

Once I was able to share the database again I found the ACT client was not set up for email synchronisation.

 

Once I ran through the wizard on the client I found the quick attach and email sync isnt working.

Hi Thanks for the reply.

 

I had tried on another PC in the interim and it worked.

 

I got them to restart their computer and it works again now.

What's happening when you try to quick attach? Are you getting any errors?

Is this the same for all workstations or just on the server?

Could you provide the full build of Office (File > Office Account > About Outlook) and of Act! (Help > About Act!)
