Emails have stopped attaching

Hello,

 

I'm using Act! Premium v. 18 (just installed a week ago) along with Outlook 2013. 
Last week emails were attaching when I sent them to contacts on the list via Outlook, and quick attach was also working.

 

This week, neither email attachment function is working - nothing I send to leads or attach via quick attach ends up with the contact in Act.

 

Please help!

Hi ,

Can you please check in the addins tab in outlook, if 6 act addins are available.
Also check in your task manager if the act.outlook.service is running? This might help us isolate the issue.

Act.Outlook.Service had stopped working. Fixed it now!

That is really nice.

Also just to confirm, please ensure the act.outlook.service is running even after a reboot. Just to ensure it is not a startup issue.
