We use outlook for email through Act. We recently noticed that emails sent to a person in company "A" with the last name of Potts are getting put into history for another contact in our database with the name of Potts who works for company "B.". And the emails were not put into the history for the right person. I would think that there would have to be a match of emails before an email gets stored to a contact. Perhaps I need to change a setting?
