I've had nothing but problems with the Outlook inttegration with ACT for web.
I can create and send an Outlook email message by clicking on the contact's email address in their record, but this does not create a history item.
Similarly, incoming emails do not attach to contacts. I've tried both quick attach and the default modes. When I use the standard attach to contact, I get the normal pop-up window and the contact name is definitely selected correctly.
However, when I click OK, there's no sign of a history item in the contact record.
BTW, I'm running Outlook 2007 on a Windows 7 professional platform.
Anyone else having the same kind of issue?
