I have only one issue with our ACT! 2011 Premium installation. We don't seem to be able to KEEP our shared dbase on the server as the Default dbase for ACT and Outlook email sync'ing on a constant basis. Each individual user has to re-connect this dbase as the default to use for Outlook Email sync'ing.
We also would like some help understanding the full extent of Outlook sync'ing. We want to be sure that all email correspondence - whether incoming or outgoing from Outlook or a mobile device can eventually end up as part of the history for that contact.

Thank you Mike - this is a frustrating part of ACT compared to some others like Goldmine.
Beside the mobile phone fix, can we simply record these Outlook-based emails when we sync to and from Outlook into ACT?
