Ive just bought Act Premium and just using it on 1 computer. Ive set up the email with Outlook as recommended, but trying to send email to a contact is a problem, the error message reads; retrieving the COM class foctory for component with CLSID (0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046) failed due to the following error: 80010100
does anybody kno what the problem is?

The Class ID error message you are displaying is related directly to Outlook. While I am not sure what exactly tiggered the issue, please invoke a repair on your Outlook software, either via Add/Remove else reinstall via the Microsoft media in an attempt to resolve the issue.
