Email status not updating

Email status not updating

I am using ACT Pro  20.0.159.0, Update 7 on a Windows 10 machine. When I send email to a contact, Outlook launches fine and the email sends, but ACT is not updating the status or saving the email in the attachment record or history as before.

 

Am I missing a configuration setting somewhere>

Try v20.1. It should fix all these problems.

I agree with Andreas, the latest update for Act! (v20.1) has been specifcally designed to resolve issues with Outlook integration.

If it's inconvenient to update for whatever reason however, I'd recommend making sure that the addin is running in Outlook. Do you seen the addins tab in outlook? And within there, are there 6 Act! related icons?

Yup, that fixed it. I hadn't been aware of the update.
