I am using ACT Pro 18.104.22.168, Update 7 on a Windows 10 machine. When I send email to a contact, Outlook launches fine and the email sends, but ACT is not updating the status or saving the email in the attachment record or history as before.
Am I missing a configuration setting somewhere>
