One of my employees is trying to send an email mail merge from Act to a group containing about 100 contacts. It will just get stuck at merging contact 26. The email does have a couple of attachments. It has worked a couple of times and then other times it will just sit there. Do you have any suggestions on what we can do to resolve this problem? Some of our contacts have received the email multiple times because she will just retry it.
