I just upgraded from Act 2008 standard to 2009 Premium. My Act data seems to be fine. But I use Act's email program and all of my emails are gone. My email accounts still show up. Before upgrading I backed up/transferred my email, so I tried restoring that. It says it restored successfully but nothing is different afterward. I tried following the steps in Answer ID 14239 "Internet Mail Messages Did Not Convert When Installing ACT!" but it didn't help. I am running XP SP3 and I'm not on a network.
