Email attachments not in history correctly

Email attachments not in history correctly

My emails sent in Outlook (and received) are not being attached to the Act History database.

Old ones (I noticed) have been attached, but Emails received were being recorded as "Meeting Held".

I've been testing the system today and nothing seems to be attaching.

I can manually attach, and Quick Attach seems to work.

Any suggestions?

It looks like there is no queue folder at all in the Act folders as indicated in the file. This is 2012, which is version 14. There is an Act for Windows 13 folder. Should I create an Act for Windows 14 folder and follow the instructions for it?

Oh, yes, and there was also no queue entry at all in the registry as per the solution KB you sent.
