Should incoming emails be attaching to ACT or only outgoing emails? For example a customer sends and email to an ACT user. The customer is listed in ACT and has a valid email address in ACT. Will the ACT to Outlook Sync attaching the incoming email to ACT or only outgoing emails get attached to ACT?
