I am having issue with email template. When the template merges with the contact, the final document is not in same format as the template. In particular, I have inserted my company logo in my email signature. It shows up in the template, but not in the final document. There are other format changes I have made to the template, that do not show up in the final merged doc. Can anyone help?

How do you see the sig in the tempate?
What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?
