Email History

For months I have been sending emails out from an individual's contact page.  When I did it recorded it in History.  All of a sudden it has stopped doing the auto populate of the email and now does not record in the history.

Any suggestions.  I have done through the email setup process and told it to record in history.  Still is does not record.

What version of Outlook are you integrating with?
Are you still able to record emails using the quick attach feature?
