I keep getting an email from ACT that says my support eligibility is expiring... (Screen Shot below) I don't understand what it is that we need to upgrade or subscribe to? We pay a monthly subscription fee for ACT premium and we have version 17....Is this a bogus email? Does it apply to me? I'm very confused about this....

If you are currently using Act! v17 I think you can safely ignore that email.
